This recipe brought my husband in Sicily, where he was on a business trip a month ago. In the original version of filler used crab meat, but I successfully replaced it with crab sticks A'more. The recipe is very tasty and easy to prepare and incredibly impressive. Our products - fillet of cod, crab sticks, ricotta and spices. Spices also came from Sicily, to my taste, they filled the dish incredible flavor and aroma.
Ricotta and spices combine into a homogeneous mass. You can vary the spiciness according to your taste, but the salt I would add is not, because crab sticks are pretty salty by themselves.
Cod fillets oil it our sauce with ricotta and spices and place on top of crab sticks.
Roll fillet jelly roll, add spices from above and send in a preheated 180 degree oven for 15 minutes.
Finely chop avocado and crab sticks - this will be our salsa, add a slice of lemon.
The finished rolls spread on a plate, pour lemon juice and serve.
