Description
Tender Turkey meat, stuffed with soft goat cheese and cranberry sauce. Preparing this dish very quickly, and it turns out very tasty, tender and beautiful. Your Turkey will certainly become the table decoration!

Products we will need quite a bit. Turkey fillet (you can substitute chicken breast) to be divided into 4 parts. Each piece cut lengthwise, but not completely.
Expand the fillet like a book. Slightly repel each piece, covering the film.
Place on one half fillet 1 tbsp cranberry sauce, and top with about 1 tsp of soft goat cheese. Cover with the other half fillet and fasten with a wooden toothpick.
Coat the fillets on both sides with vegetable oil. Fry the fillet on the preheated grill pan for approximately 12-15 minutes.
Turning once. Don't worry if the fillets from the inside would be pink from the sauce.
The meat turns out tender and tasty. Melted cheese mixed with the juice of meat and cranberry sauce. Just a fairy tale!
