Cottage cheese casserole
This recipe shared with me by my mother-in-law, for which many thanks to her, since this casserole is loved by my family, not a complicated recipe and a very tasty result. Try it and you will like it.

Ingredients

  • Cheese

    400 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Sugar

    4 tsp

  • Vermicelli

    3 Tbsp

  • Sour cream

    4 Tbsp

  • Raisins

  • Dried apricots

Fine vermicelli cooked in very! lightly salted water, drain in a colander and let the water drain out.

Then take the cheese (better if it weight market, but you can in packs, banks, the main thing that would not be grainy; 9%, can 5%) and mix it with eggs. I always take a double portion of ingredients, so cheese and eggs in my photo more.

Add sour cream (better if the fat content of sour cream will be 20-25%). Mass should not be too thin or too thick (adjust amount of sour cream, a little more or less)

Raisins and dried apricots wash, slightly dry. Dried apricots cut into small cubes and add to cottage cheese

Cottage cheese mixture put into a form. I have the most ordinary glass pots from the kit for the microwave. The top mass can be a little to grease with sour cream and put in the oven to bake at t 200 40 - 60 minutes. During baking the mixture will rise in volume, and then settles - this is normal. Baking time depends on your oven, I have electric and the casserole is baked for exactly 60 minutes (typically 30 minutes at t 200 C and 30 minutes at-150 C, what would the top not burnt), in General, the readiness check with a toothpick. Goes dry - then you're done!

Remove the casserole from the oven and leave to cool completely, then remove from the mold and cut. My husband always starts with a hot piece but I like it cold. and cut it in the cold better.

Serve with sour cream. All a pleasant appetite!
