Probably, each of us are faced with the problem called: "How to feed your whole family without spending the whole day cooking"=) I'm puzzled by this question when my daughter turned 1.5 years old, and she began to demand the same food as us with her husband on a plate... What I just did=)) Masked the dishes, her husband mayonnaise - her cream, sculpted "microparasite"... Now I'm in a position of power (and the desire, honestly) on the "cooking" days... And the question is: "What is so universal to feed everyone, and tasty to my husband, and good for the child, and may I?" I started collecting these recipes, here is one of them, a minimum of ingredients, all very accessible and easy. Share with you, if there is, remove the recipe=)

  • Carrots

  • Pepper

  • Salt

  • Sugar

    0.5 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    300 ml

  • Bay leaf

  • Tomato paste

    1 tsp

  • Spices

Then diminish the fire, add a little water, carrots, cover, simmer a few minutes, then add the onions and bell pepper, again under the lid, stew for 5-7 minutes, then add tomato paste (optional). Then I lay the chicken in the pan, if the pan is deep, it is possible not to do that.

And, in fact, the most important thing. Serum. We have the city sell it directly liter packages. It is baked, added to drinks, but for some reason rarely used in fighting. A very good reason! The meat, braised in whey, it turns out tender, juicy and a delicious sauce! Yum! I do not like them=)) so, add about 300 ml of serum in our chicken stew on low heat until cooked (I have about 15-20 minutes), add spices to taste, I only have salt, sugar and Bay leaf.
