I was taught to cook this stir fry the girl is Chinese, which in student's years we lived together in the Dorm. Since then, I always prepared and always tasty. Come on in - happy to share a little secret!

Cooking
In stir-fry ingredients can be any, on your taste. Stir-fry is just a method of roasting in a wok. This time I did a purely vegetable version, but you can add meat or seafood if you wish.
Grate the ginger, fry in sesame oil for a few minutes. Add the vegetable oil and put in the wok the vegetables. I had Chinese vegetable mix in arbitrary proportions sprouted beans, carrot, Chinese cabbage, bell pepper, onion. In addition I to this case have added 4 broccoli florets and 4 mushroom. Picture of this stage I have disappeared somewhere, so for demonstration purposes I have perefotografirovat, but only with the rest in the fridge for vegetables - mushrooms and broccoli.
Simultaneously cook the egg noodles Blue Dragon, as written on the packaging.
Vegetables cook very quickly - about 10 minutes. Add to them a pinch of hot pepper, a little black pepper and a mixture of Chinese 5 spice (5 spice). For a couple of minutes before the end of cooking add the soy sauce and oyster sauce (Blue Dragon oyster sauce). Try vegetables taste, if necessary, dosolit. But usually the salt in soy sauce is enough.
And finally, our secret ingredient - peanut butter. We added simultaneously with the sauces. There is so much. Peanut butter and radically changes the taste of the final product!
All mix well, fry for another minute or two, and now the vegetables are ready put the noodles. Again stir fry for another 1 minute. Stir-fry is ready. Bon appetit and Sunny summer!
