Sometimes you want to eat a good piece of meat, as to eat and eat... If you are tired of chops and gravy, cook a steak! Meat salt, pepper, add seasoning (only a little bit, to accentuate the taste of meat, not to kill it). Chop the onion half rings, add to the meat and thoroughly mix everything together. Cover with flat lid or small plate on top to deliver the goods (I put a jar of water). Leave to marinate for at least 30 min-1 hour. During this time, turn the oven to 200-210 degrees to warm up, and prepare a baking sheet (I make parchment).

And if you decide that you don't want cheese and sour cream, you can just fry in the pan. Only need to roast for 1.5-2 minutes on each side (or longer depending on desired doneness).
