Pie with tender revenio-Apple filling
I had never tasted rhubarb pies, and recently, on one of the culinary sites of stumbled upon an unusual to me for the recipe. I decided to try and was not disappointed. Such cakes on the website, but maybe my someone will like)))!!! Thank you very much Olga for this miracle!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    2 cup

  • Powdered sugar

    0.333 cup

  • Margarine

    200 g

  • Rhubarb

    200 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Sugar

    0.5 cup

  • Sour cream

    150 g

  • Apple

    1 piece

Flour, powdered sugar RUB the margarine into fine crumbs

Rhubarb cut into cubes, Apple slices (I confess Apple forgot to take a picture)

Chips pour into shape (I have 26cm), gently spread along the perimeter and sides, not much to take do not need. The form is not pre-lubricated.

Rhubarb and Apple mixture into crumbs, optionally sprinkle with sugar and put in a preheated 200 degree oven for 5-7 minutes until the dough has seized

While our tans dough, prepare the dressing by mixing the eggs, sugar and sour cream. To remove the cake from the oven, evenly pour the mixture and send it back to 30-40 minutes

That's the beauty of it!!! I will only add that the dough was crumbly, so before removing from the mold, it is necessary that the cake is completely cooled.
