Cooking
Prepare the products.
Rice ( "Mistral "Indica"), throw in boiling water (125g rice-700ml of water). According to the instructions on the pack - bring to a boil, cook on low heat 35 min.
Very strongly heated pan. Her throw in the spices and fry them, stirring constantly, until the aroma will not increase. I used to buy Indian spices in bulk. But found that is part of the "Garam masala": coriander, cumin, Bay leaf, black pepper, chili pepper, nutmeg, cardamom, fennel, cloves.
After that, pour it in the pan with spices and broth and bring to a boil.
Pour in the broth couscous, remove from heat, cover and leave for 5 minutes so that the grains are slightly swollen, lumps then mash them with a fork.
The oven to turn on to heat up to maximum. Protein lightly beat with a fork. I got 4 large pieces of chicken. Each piece is first dipped in protein, then both sides in the couscous.
Spread on oiled baking sheet. Put in hot oven for 10 minutes.
Avocado peeled, remove the seed. Cut into large chunks. Today I have got such a lovely avocado - a miracle! Such a magical, velvety and ripe.. Sorry that I bought a few.
Recipe author - 380g relies on two medium tomatoes. My average suburban tomato did not reach 380g, so I dovezile cherry tomatoes.
Tomatoes cut into large chunks, and cherry just in half.
Onions are finely chopped.
Cut corn kernels from the cob and boil them in boiling salted water for 2 minutes (I have frozen on the cob in vacuum packing).
Rice recline on durlak, cool.
Take out the chicken from the oven, put in a bowl with a lid and put in a warm place.
In a bowl put: rice, corn, tomatoes, avocado, onion. Mix everything and season with wine vinegar.
Chicken cut into large pieces, serve with a side dish of vegetables and rice!
Now, on my own: the chicken turns out very juicy. But the dish - absolutely no salt, so my family is hard to add some salt to the dish while eating. Couscous on the number of chicken a lot, it remains about a third. But I advise You not to reduce portions, but rather to add chicken (my daughter in one sitting ate a whole large piece at once "stood in line"for a new one). Luke for me, the garnish was too much. Most likely due to the fact that I used onions, instead of white. And so the dish is very elegant, tasty and filling! Help yourself
