Cooking
In a Cup mix flour - 500 grams, sugar, salt, yeast. Then mix in separate bowl the milk, butter, one egg. Into the flour mixture to make a hole, pour in the milk mixture, knead a soft dough. If you need to fill up flour - 50 grams. Dough knead well, then add to the dough anise and raisins. Cover with foil, towel and put in a warm place for proofing. The dough should double in size- "climb".
Of dough to form the bread into loaves or two loaves. Notching in the middle and leave in a warm place for 15 minutes-th. Then coat with the egg. Bake in a preheated oven at 175С 30-40 minutes, depending on your oven, until tanned and crisp.
Serve cold. Bread prepared more like a sweet muffin. Very tasty and sweet, with a terrific aftertaste of anise. The bread can be cut into slices and bake in the oven, turn biscotti.
