Peel the beet and turnip. Slice it into thin strips. I have used the "Turk burner" nozzle "small straw". In a pan heat oil. Put vegetables and fry without a lid, stirring occasionally. Oils do not regret, when it is small, vegetables fried bad. After 10-15 minutes add salt, but gently, because, oddly enough, the dish requires a little amount of salt. The excess oil is thus drained down and you will eat a delicious dish!
