Pie with rice and mushrooms
Delicious vegetable pie - a homely, cosy, tender inside and crispy outside. So nice to gather the whole family at the table, eating warm pie with a Cup of tea and have long, slow conversations!

    2 tsp

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    100 ml

  • Water

    250 ml

  • Mushrooms

    300 g

  • Onion

Make a lean yeast dough (flour+water+yeast+sa har+salt+oil). Or on your favorite recipe)). I started in the bread maker. I liked the dough: obedient, to hands practically does not stick. In the photo - the future filling, which we will deal until the dough rises).

Boil the rice in salted water, fry the mushrooms with onions, salted to taste, ready-made ingredients and gently mix. Toppings just want to eat it (where is my big spoon?))! My husband said: "I do Not want cake, I eat it so". He had a little pour)).

Divide the dough into two unequal parts. Roll out into two layers. Spread the filling on the larger reservoir, not reaching a bit to edge.

Raise the edges of the dough, forming the sides, cover with a second layer. Bore a small hole that the steam came out. I have a little test left, and I tried somehow to decorate a cake)). The result is great art not drawn, but from the soul)).

Bake in the preheated oven. I baked for 40 minutes at 190 degrees. It's not very nice and somewhere weird, but tasty!!))
