Tiramisu is insanely delicious Italian delicacy, but to make at home, not always have these ingredients to this treat, and this recipe is a great substitute, if you really want fast you need to prepare!!!

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Sugar

    100 g

  • Flour

    100 g

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Cheese

    250 g

  • Sour cream

    200 g

  • Coffee natural

    1 tsp

  • Liqueur

    2 tsp

  • Cocoa powder

  • Chocolate milk

  • Powdered sugar

    6 Tbsp

Split eggs on whites and yolks. When you split sure that the slightest amount of yolk was not included in proteins. Whisk the egg yolks to increase volume and to whitening. At the end of whipping, add the yolks 2/3 of all sugar. Whisk the yolk mixture with sugar.

When whisking egg whites, ensure the bowl in which you whisk, and the beaters of the mixer was without a trace of fat. Place the bowl of egg whites inside of the pan with ice or very cold water. Beat the whites first at low speed and when the whites form a foam, increase the speed of the mixer. At the end of the whipping add to proteins remaining sugar and whip the egg whites with sugar until stable peaks. Very important - do not overdo it with the whisking egg whites, do not interrupt them. As soon as the proteins form a stable peaks, stop whipping.

Sift the flour with the baking powder.

To the beaten yolks add 2/3 of the beaten egg whites. Mix yolks and whites very gently, folding movements.

Add to egg mixture all the flour and quickly, but very gently mix. Mix egg mixture and flour, from the bottom up.

Add to biscuit mix the remaining beaten egg whites and gently mix until smooth.

Cover the baking pan with baking paper and spread the dough, level and bake for 10-12 min at 180-200 deg. not perederzhivat cake in the oven, otherwise it will break when twisting.

Prepare the cheese cream: wipe the cheese through a sieve, add sour cream and powdered sugar and whisk.

Brew a Cup of coffee, allow to cool, add liqueur.

The finished cake turn on the Mat or a linen towel dusted with powdered sugar.

Twist in a roll along with a Mat (or towel), allow to cool.

Untwist the cake impregnated coffee-liqueur drink.

Spread cake cheese cream and a little cream leave for greasing the top and sides of loaf.
