Cooking
Bacon and mozzarella cut into thin slices. Add chopped parsley and cherry tomatoes cut into slices (I have one tomato into 8 pieces). To fill all the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, season with grated nutmeg, salt and pepper. Stir and try. You may need to add more oil or vinegar, or salt. It all depends on your taste.
Pork loin split in 4 pieces. Pepper and salt. Each to make a pocket and fill with the mixture. Edge to stab with a toothpick.
Apple cut into thin slices. Them to cover the bottom of baking dish. Apples to lay out pork chops and on top of the remaining stuffing with the juice. Send in a preheated 200°C oven for 30-40 minutes until tender.
Serve with vegetables, or any of you favorite side dish. I have cooked beans. Very tasty - tender, juicy filling and spicy baked Apple – try it, you'll like it!
