Italian cuisine is strongly associated in most people with pizza and spaghetti, and it's really a signature dish of Italian cuisine. But gourmet Italian cuisine opens up a lot of various delights and treats. But still a permanent part of most dishes is pasta, no wonder the Italians as a joke, sometimes called "the wop." The name "pasta" includes all the variety of pasta of all shapes, sizes and even colors. I want to suggest you to try the very tasty and fragrant dish of pasta in form of shells.

Ingredients

  • Pasta

    1 pack

  • Asparagus

    500 g

  • Green peas

    1.5 cup

  • Garlic powder

    1 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Green onions

    3 piece

  • Basil

    1 cup

  • Mint

    0.5 cup

  • Lemon

    1 piece

  • Salt

  • Cheese

Cooking

Here are the products we need. Asparagus (asparagus) cut into pieces with a length of approximately 2cm, peas rinsed, onion, Basil and mint, finely chopped, with lemon to remove the zest and chop.

In a deep saucepan bring to boil water, add asparagus and cook for 4-5 minutes. Then take it out and put on a plate.

In the same water put the pasta shells and cook for about 5 minutes.

Add the peas, bring to a boil and cook for another 2-3 minutes.

Then drain in a colander, pre-cast in the glass about 1/2 Cup of liquid.

Shells with peas, return to saucepan. Left add 1/2 Cup of liquid, asparagus, garlic powder, olive oil, green onions, Basil, mint, lemon zest, salt and pepper to taste. Mix well, cover and set for 5 minutes.

When serving, sprinkle with pieces of cheese.
