Pear-cheese pie
Juicy and flavorful pie, Amateurs, pears and cottage cheese like.

Ingredients

    290 g

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Cinnamon

  • Jam

From 200 g flour, a pinch of salt, 1 tbsp sugar, softened butter, 1 egg and 1 tbsp sour cream knead the dough, give it the shape of a ball, wrap it in foil or film and put for 30 minutes in the refrigerator. Then distribute it in the form, making the boards.

Pears peeled, cut in half and remove the core. The number of pears depends on the diameter of the shape and size of the pears. In my form includes only four. Pears need to take a ripe. In the recesses of pears put 1 tsp of jam and spread them on the dough slices down.

Cottage cheese whipped with sour cream, eggs and lemon juice into foam. Add mixed sugar and cinnamon on the tip of a knife, a pinch of salt flour. Put the resulting mass on pears. First bake at 200 degrees for 15 minutes. Then reduce the temperature to 180 degrees and bake another 30 minutes. Then leave the pie for another 10 minutes off the oven.
