Fritters of cottage cheese
Simple cottage cheese pancakes for Breakfast.

Ingredients

  • Cheese

    250 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Butter

    1 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    3 Tbsp

  • Vanilla sugar

  • Salt

  • Flour

    75 g

  • Melted butter

  • Milk

    70 ml

Cooking

Beat the egg with the butter, sugar and vanilla sugar.

Add salt, cheese, milk. Beat again.

Add the flour, stir and leave for 10 minutes (I wash dishes).

Heat the pan, fry our fritters. Put the finished pancakes on a plate.

This time I ate with raspberry jam. If you have more time, you can make your own fruit puree. Mix in blender all the berries with sugar, lemon juice. And optionally, you can add a tablespoon of cognac or rum (this is, of course, not for kids)
