Muffins
These muffins are a great Breakfast or afternoon snack for the little cowboy and cowboys and adults alike! Try it!

Ingredients

  • Quinoa

    1 cup

  • Water

    1 cup

  • Olive oil

    0.25 cup

  • Flour

    2 cup

  • Brown sugar

    0.75 cup

  • Baking powder

    1.5 tsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Raisins

    0.5 cup

  • Milk

    0.75 cup

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Vanilla essence

    1 tsp

Cooking

Quinoa put in a pot, cover with water and bring to boil. Then reduce the heat, close the lid and cook until tender, about 15 minutes.

In a large bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, raisins and quinoa.

In another bowl mix butter, milk, egg and vanilla.

Add the milk mixture to the flour mixture and mix well. Add the raisins and stir until smooth.

The dough is put into molds for muffins and put in a preheated 350 (175С) oven for 25-30 minutes.
