Any bony white fish. I had Pollock. The fish were washed, removed the entrails, head and fins. Has separated spine. The resulting fillet lightly beat off, sprinkle with spices and pour lemon juice. Left to marinate.
While the fish is marinating, clean the squid. The carcass of the squid, wash and cut in half lengthwise.
On the fish fillet put a piece of squid, so that it is not beyond the edge of the fish.
A collapsible roll. Skalyvaniem with a toothpick along with two edges. At this stage, rolls can be put in the freezer and freeze, get a semi. But that's for another time... Next, cut the roll in the middle.
The resulting two rolls pierce each other with a toothpick perpendicular to the first toothpick. Such procedures are done on each fish. The process is not fast, but fun!
Fry in vegetable oil for 3-4 minutes on each side.
