Traditional Apple pie with dough based, taken from the recipe Charlotte with apples on this site (I do not remember who the author is). Pie with a sweet dough and tart fillings - in my opinion, quite fresh and original taste.

Cooking
In a bowl, whisk 3 egg whites and a Cup of sugar.
To the resulting mixture add a Cup of flour, continuing to beat her.
Add the yolks and a tablespoon of yogurt.
From plums remove the flesh from the bones and cut into slices. If the skin is tough, it is also desirable to remove. Currants separate from the petioles.
In a baking dish (I have a diameter of 26 cm) pour half of the batter evenly on the bottom of the form, the top smoothly also pour the berries of plum and currant. All pour the remaining half of the dough. Bake in oven for 25-30 minutes at medium heat.
