Cupcake pineapple

Ingredients

  • Pineapple

    450 g

  • Sour cream

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Sugar

    0.5 cup

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Flour

    0.5 cup

  • Soda

    1 tsp

  • Salt

Egg, sour cream, salt and sugar beat.

Add the flour, the juice of canned pineapple, butter, soda. Mix well. At the end add the chopped pineapples.

Form of grease with butter and priporoshit flour.

On the bottom lay a ring of pineapple.

The pineapple put the dough. The oven is heated to 180°C and put the cupcake for 20-25 minutes.

Cupcake take out, let cool slightly.
