Description
Very tasty liver in onion gravy. Will have little trouble, but worth it! Honestly looking through 76 pages of recipes that I was given a search for "chicken liver". A similar recipe is not found, but if suddenly you missed, then no objection will delete your recipe.

Cooking
Rinse the livers and cut each into 2-3 pieces, depending on size. Season with salt and pepper, stir and leave to stand for 10 minutes. The recipe includes a red pepper, I went with black too. Get no less delicious. So you can add the peppers that you like - the taste will not suffer.
Each piece of liver, dip them in flour.
In a deep plate with a fork whisk the egg. Optionally, you can salt and poperchit.
Next, each piece of liver, dip in egg and coat again in flour. Spread in the pan with preheated vegetable oil and fry until crisp. Put fried pieces in a separate plate. In General, at this stage the liver can bring to the table (which I did, when I did the first few times). But! This is a very tasty sauce. So...
Onion peel and cut into thin half-rings. Arrange the onion to the pan and fry until lightly Browning.
Mix soup with milk and dissolve in this mixture 1 tbsp flour. Instead of flour you can use starch, preferably corn. Pour the mixture into the pan with the onion reddened. Salt-pepper to taste, stir and boil for 2-3 minutes on low heat.
In a frying pan with onion sauce put the fried liver slices and stew until thick (about five minutes it turns out). Serve hot. Garnish assumes a rice, but we and the buckwheat went well:)
