Ingredients

  • Rabbit

    1 piece

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Carrots

    3 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Parsley

    1 coup

  • Dill

    1 coup

  • Black pepper

  • Salt

  • Bay leaf

Cut the rabbit into pieces, wash, dry.

Fry the rabbit in oil in a frying pan until Golden brown.

Add the onion, carrots, garlic, salt, pepper, Bay leaf, parsley, dill. Add water, cover, bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer for 1.5 hours.
