Tender and juicy meat in a sour sauce. The preparation of this dish does not require much time, but thanks to the cranberries, along with seasonings, the meat is very tasty.

Necessary products for cooking.
Meat cut into small wedges, coat in breadcrumbs and stew together with chopped onion in sunflower oil for about an hour.
Add cranberries, thyme, Basil, salt, pour a little water and stew under a lid for 20-30 minutes.
