Description

Blueberry pie from buckwheat flour
Interesting combination of flavors blueberry, honey and buckwheat flour. Easy, nepritorny dessert, which was eaten on "Cheers" :) the Recipe comes from donated books to me, but the cream-impregnation I changed to your liking. Experiment with the cream at Your discretion - you will not regret! :)

Cooking

step-0
Just specify: the test is small, the recipe lists the number of components on a single norm, next time will do half the norm. Cream originally recipe was with extra 30%-th cream and gelatin instead of the cottage cheese and yogurt, but I do not love this cream and so I love cheese :) I Submit to the court his version :) Mix eggs, salt and honey, beat with mixer 2 min. separately Mix the buckwheat flour + wheat flour + baking powder. Add flour mixture to egg. Beat. Put the dough in the form of 26 cm, lined with paper (one of the norms of products make it very difficult :). Bake the cake (I baked 25 minutes at 200 degrees, look on their plate). To get, to cool, cut in half (cut easily, despite the fact that it is very not magnificent).
step-1
Prepare cream: mix cottage cheese, pureed blueberries, yogurt, honey, lemon juice. To taste you can add sugar, vanilla and (or) to increase/decrease the number of components. I had low-fat cottage cheese, so the mass was heterogeneous, a kind of "cheese crumbs in blueberry juice" :)
step-2
Spread the cream on the cake with a thick layer, from above to lay the second cake (I am, for better bonding of the cakes, too, smeared with cream the part of the upper crust, which he eventually turns down). Spread the remaining cream on top of pie. Leave for a few hours in the refrigerator (preferably overnight). In the morning to get to decorating (the recipe blueberries and mint, I decorated blackberries and wild strawberries).
step-3
Bon appetit! :)
