Marinade for meat: 1/2 lemon slice, 2 tbsp ketchup, 1 tbsp mustard, 1 tomato (sliced), 1/2 chili pepper, salt 1 teaspoon, 1 teaspoon black pepper. And, most importantly, 150 grams of red table wine. Put in the fridge for 2-3 hours.
Marinated meat with all its contents pour into the pan, the bottom of which a little sunflower oil, lightly fry and pour 1 liter of water, simmer for 40-50 minutes.
While the meat is stewed, prepare the sauce: 2 tbsp. honey, 1 tbsp jam (Your choice - orange, peach, lemon), 3-4 tbsp. soy sauce, 1/2 teaspoon salt and black pepper and 1 teaspoon of olive oil. All mix well, taste, taste, add either honey or soy sauce and spices to taste.
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Send in some capacity meat, drizzled about 2-3 tablespoons of sauce. Basting 2-3 tablespoons of the sauce every 10 minutes, the meat should stay in the oven for 50 min.
