Samosa stuffed with rice and lamb
Delicious Indian dishes, something similar to our pasties.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    1 kg

  • Lamb

    300 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Figure

    80 g

  • Salt

  • Curry

  • Water

    2 cup

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

Cooking

From flour, water and eggs and knead not very steep dough. Give it a rest for about 15-20 minutes.

Fry the minced lamb until Golden brown. Add salt and curry to taste.

Boil the rice and mix it with ground beef.

After cooking the filling, roll out a thin layer of dough and cut circles (can be of arbitrary diameter, but the best thing about 12-13 cm).

In the circles, put the filling and fold into a triangle.

Then about 1-2 minutes to fry in sunflower oil, turning them over frequently so as to instantly burn. Bon appetit!
