Biscuits
Biscuits maize (corn) is particularly Crockett and tenderness. If you don't like too crumbly biscuits, you can part starch to replace wheat flour because it just melts in your mouth. Shape cookie up, but just wanted to make it so... Thinking about the basket in which I wanted to photograph their biscuits, decided to make them in the form of an Apple. Like apples, once sculpted from salt dough for their songs... they were beautiful, but not edible. And these apples are very edible and delicious, as cloves and lemon peel adds to their delicate taste and aroma. I do love Apple, like the fruit and my culinary creativity often use his image. Ingredients

  • Corn flour

    350 g

  • Potato starch

    200 g

  • Sugar

    130 g

  • Yolk egg

    3 piece

  • Butter

    250 g

  • Leavening agent

    2 tsp

  • Alcohol

    2 Tbsp

  • Lemon

    1 piece

  • Sugar

    0.5 cup

  • Carnation

Cooking

Soft butter, egg yolks and sugar to combine and beat with a mixer. Add the zest, almond liqueur, baking powder. Mix well.

The flour and starch mix in a bowl.

Sift the flour and starch in a bowl to the other ingredients,

Knead the dough. Cover with cling film and put into the cold for 1 hour.

After, a saucer to pour the fine sugar and cook the cloves.

The dough is removed from the cold, split in pieces 20-21 gr. or the size of a walnut. Roll into balls.

Dip each ball in sugar.

And stick one or two cloves, from opposite sides, mimicking Apple.

Spread on the baking sheet, covered with baking paper or non stick baking sheet. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 gr. in about 15-20 minutes.
