Potatoes, eggs boil and cool. Cut the potatoes into large, eggs - quartered, corn to defrost.

Gherkins cut into small cubes, onion - half rings, chop the parsley.

Prepared ingredients put in a salad bowl and gently mix, sprinkle with salt and pepper, dressed with balsamic vinegar.
