Finely chop the onion, fry in olive oil until Golden brown,
Add the chopped meat (chicken breast cut into small pieces of 1x2 cm) and mix the meat until it's white
Add pelati, mixed with about 50 ml of water, add salt, pepper (should be quite a lot), rosemary, sage, thyme (all of these spices should be 1 tsp each), chili cut into small pieces, add to taste finely chopped olives. Simmer over moderate heat for about 30-40 min. Served with white rice. Bon appetit!
