Chicken breast in cream and Grappa
Maybe I already wrote that I like breast, repeat ))), especially in combination with a variety of sauces. In my freezer this part of the chicken is always there. Offer another option for cooking. Fast and juicy!

Ingredients

  • Chicken breast

    3 piece

  • Cream

    200 ml

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Vodka

    50 ml

  • Sage

    10 piece

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Flour

Cooking

In the pan where you will cook the meat, melt the butter, put the sage leaves.

While the oil is heating, roll in flour each piece of breast.

In the heated oil brown both sides of meat until almost cooked and pour Grappa, to let that evaporate over high heat.

Immediately pour over the cream, season with salt and pepper and on low heat cook for another 2 minutes.
