  • Water

    1 cup

  • Vegetable oil

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Salt

  • Pear

  • Butter

Knead the dough for pancakes. Egg whip the egg yolks with salt and sugar, pour the milk and water, oil and, stirring constantly, add the flour. Add the beaten egg whites, mix well. Bake thin pancakes.
