Sausage rolls - how many times this batch was saved by always hurrying and hungry. This is a delicious snack and easy hearty meal, who are happy to eat and that adults can offer children. The dough is yeast, and milk that this recipe immediately moves into the category of simple and fast!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    570 g

  • Milk

    300 ml

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Soda

  • Sausage

    16 piece

Cooking

Sift flour, add a pinch of salt and soda, stir.

Add to dry mixture, warm milk, egg, butter and knead the dough. It should be smooth and not stick to hands. Leave for 20 min in the heat.

Divide the dough into 16 equal parts, roll into balls. Roll the ball into an oval the size of sausages. Wrap the sausage, carefully take a seam.

So be done with all the dough.

Fry the sausage in the dough on the pan with vegetable oil on medium heat until Golden brown.
