The meat in the waffles
Tender meat dish with wafers. Suitable for family dinner and for the holiday table

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    400 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Mayonnaise

    250 g

  • Waffles

    1 pack

  • Cheese

    2 piece

Take ready mince or make it yourself, for example I did pork, salted and peppered to taste.

Prepare a batter. Eggs mix with mayonnaise until smooth (no flour!).

Take a savory waffle billet in two pieces. On each put a bit of meat. In the middle put a slice of processed cheese and combine them.

Dip in batter and spread on a pan. Fry in sunflower oil until Golden brown.
