Crackers with nuts and raisins
Tasty rusks with raisins and nuts to cook very easily. Due to the added semolina they get crumbly. Come's get cracking.

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Sugar

    0.5 cup

  • Brown sugar

    0.5 cup

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Semolina

    0.75 cup

  • Salt

  • Soda slaked vinegar

    0.5 tsp

  • Raisins

    150 g

  • Nuts

    100 g

  • Sour cream

    1 cup

First, prepare the raisins, it should soak in hot water and leave for 30 minutes.

Nuts ( I had peanuts) and fry, remove husks and chop into small pieces.

In a bowl, whisking to break the eggs. Measure out the sugar-0.5 cups of white and 0.5 cups of brown sugar TM "Mistral". Volume of glass-250 ml.

In a separate bowl, mix the flour (pre-sifted), and semolina, add a pinch of salt.

Well whisk the eggs with the sugar.

Add sour cream and soda (slaked).

Now put raisins and nuts, add flour with semolina, quickly knead the dough.

Protiven lubricated with oil and spread the dough, level and put in to bake in the oven at t=200 C*. I have the size of the pan 36 x 24 cm

Baking time approximately 25 minutes. That's the kind baked until brown.

Now cut blank into large pieces and with a spatula remove from the mold.

Each piece is cut into strips.

Stack these strips on a baking sheet and put again in the oven browned at t-120-140*.

In baking, flip the crackers so they brown on both sides.
