Cooking

step-0
Onion clean, finely chop 3 cloves of garlic.
step-1
In a bowl, combine onion, garlic, lime juice, 2 tbsp of soy sauce, sugar and ground cumin.
step-2
Beef wash, clean from fibers, slightly to beat off, cut into large cubes. Place in the marinade and put into the refrigerator for 3 hours. Stir from time to time.
step-3
Apples and wash pumpkin. Pumpkin peel and seeds, cut into medium-sized pieces (I have big happened, then half). Apples clear from the seeds and cut into slices.
step-4
Put in a bowl and mix with curry powder and 3 tbsp oil. Put into the refrigerator.
step-5
Wooden skewers soak in cold water. To make corned beef. String turns the pieces of meat, pumpkin and Apple. Save the marinade. The pumpkin is very well strung, you can break the skewers. So I first used a regular needle. ;-)
step-6
Fry the kebabs on the grill until done, periodically pour the marinade.
step-7
For the sauce: mix broth, honey, remaining garlic (finely chopped), 2 tbsp oil, 1 tbsp soy sauce, red pepper. Heat, stirring 4-5 minutes.
