Chocolate-apricot pie
Delicious, fragrant and airy cake with apricots, strawberries and chocolate.

Ingredients

  • Apricot

    400 g

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Sugar

    150 g

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 pack

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Flour

    200 g

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Jam

    100 g

  • Cocoa powder

    1 Tbsp

  • Milk

    3 Tbsp

  • Dark chocolate

    30 g

  • Strawberry

    6 piece

1. Apricots wash, dry, cut into halves or quarters, removing pits.

2. Make the dough. The softened butter vzbit with sugar and vanilla sugar until fluffy foam.

3. Add one egg and beat every time.

4. Pour the sifted flour with the baking powder, cocoa and a pinch of salt. The dough should be like thick cream. If the dough is too thick, add milk 1 tbsp. spoon.

5. Knead homogeneous dough.

6. Baking dish (I have 22 cm, but best of 20-21 cm), bottom covered with parchment paper and brush with oil. Put the dough, flatten and smear with jam or marmalade.

7. Spread on top of apricots.

8. Bake at t 190 C for 30 - 40 minutes. To give the cake to cool before removing from the mold.

9. Before serving, decorate pie with berries and melted chocolate. Bon appetit!
