Bun Flower
Delicious, soft bun with a crispy crust on top. Very interesting shaping that I had to peep one of my favorite culinary bloggers on YouTube.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    600 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    110 g

  • Yeast

    12 g

  • Sugar

    5 Tbsp

  • Vanilla

    1 pack

  • Milk

    250 ml

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Butter

    70 g

Sift flour, add sugar, vanillin, salt, yeast, mix well. Then add the lightly beaten eggs, oil and warm milk, knead soft, dont stick to hands dough. Leave to rise in a warm place for 1 hour. Coming up the dough lightly press down, weigh and divide into five equal parts, each rock and sprinkle with melted butter (except the last ) to impose one on another, to turn five layers, slightly roll top with a rolling pin, only slightly pressing down to release the air.

Divide into 8 parts and cut.

Remove the tip of the triangle.

And to take the other side.

Will form a bun.

I still have a little dough and I made little braids and rosettes.

Leave for proofing for 20 minutes and bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes and at 160 degrees for 20 minutes ( if oven is very hot the can top after the first 20 minutes cover with foil).
