Ingredients

  • Cabbage

    300 g

  • Sauerkraut

    200 g

  • Salami

    100 g

  • Broth

    0.5 cup

  • Apple

    1 piece

  • Tomato paste

    2 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Mayonnaise

    1 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Sauerkraut soak in water for 20 minutes

Belokachannoy shred cabbage finely

Sauerkraut then squeeze and mix with chopped,stew in a pan adding broth(until complete evaporation of the broth),then add a little rust.oil and diced salami.

In a bowl mix all ingredients for the sauce,mix and add to the cabbage,simmer until tender,stirring.In the end, add grated Apple.
