Coconut cake with jam and nuts
Delicious, soft, tender cake. Help yourself dear cooks.

Ingredients

  • Water

    200 ml

  • Vegetable oil

    50 g

  • Yeast

    2 tsp

  • Coconut shavings

    3 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    4 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Flour

    600 g

  • Jam

    200 g

  • Walnuts

In warm water add oil TM Oleina.

Add sugar and yeast, mix well. Cover with a towel and leave for 10 minutes.

After 10 minutes there was a foam cap. Add salt and coconut flakes.

Pour gradually flour and knead a soft dough. Flour may need a little more.

The dough is ready. To put it in a Cup, cover with a towel and put in a heat for 1 hour.

Roll out the dough, put in greased form.

Put the jam (I had pear) and sprinkle with nuts. Bake in preheated oven at 180C for 35-40 minutes.
