Pie in explanation Ossetian pie
I recently tried this Ossetian pie with the same filling with yeast dough. I really liked the taste of these pies, but more like a feature of their presentation and the story about the cooking traditions. Today I made a cake with this filling, but with the yeast pancakes.

Ingredients

  • Milk

    300 ml

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Salt

    0.25 tsp

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Yeast

    7 g

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Flour

    5 Tbsp

  • Potatoes

    4 piece

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Parsley

    3 sprig

Cooking

For the filling, boil the potatoes, mash.
