Preheat a saucepan with the butter, add 25gr. butter, put in a saucepan the chicken pieces and fry on a medium heat. When the chicken pieces are browned on all sides, drain the oil from the pot and replace it with 50 gr. butter. Add 1 tablespoon of water, season with salt and pepper and set them aside. Mushrooms sauté in 50 grams. butter for 10 min. After that put the mushrooms in a saucepan and put boil together with the chicken for another 15 minutes under the lid. Before serving, sprinkle the dish with crushed garlic and sprinkle with herbs.
