Potato gratin with minced meat and tomatoes
Had a little bit of minced meat, I wanted it something more interesting to use. I made this zapekanka. Very hearty, juicy and flavorful.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    750 g

  • Minced meat

    500 g

  • Corn

    1 can

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Tomato

    200 g

  • Cream

    250 ml

  • Ketchup

    2 Tbsp

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Red sweet pepper

  • Basil

  • Salt

Cooking

Peel the potatoes, cut into small cubes and fry in vegetable oil. Optional seasoning spicy mix of potato dishes.

Grate on a fine grater cheese. Peel the onion, chop and sauté in remaining after potato oil. Add the beef and fry until friability. For flavor I added some chopped fried mushrooms. Drain corn and mix with half of cheese and 1 egg. Season with salt and pepper and mix with meat.

To lay out in a baking dish, greased. From above to spread and flatten the beef. Tomatoes wash, slice and put on top.

Whip cream, ketchup, 3 eggs, and Basil. Pour this mixture into the tomatoes, sprinkle with remaining cheese and bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 30 minutes.
