Sour cream tart with cherry filling
We all remember the cherry pudding which we used to cook the mother in childhood, mmmm... how delicious it is... but let's make some pudding for the adults and serve it on a crispy batter...

Ingredients

  • Sour cream

    220 g

  • Sugar

    150 g

  • Cherry

    500 g

  • Corn starch

    2 Tbsp

  • Yolk egg

    2 piece

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Flour

    1.5 cup

  • Butter

    40 g

  • Dry white wine

    125 ml

  • Liqueur

    2 Tbsp

  • Lime

    1 piece

  • Chocolate milk

    50 g

Cooking

Sift the flour, add a pinch of salt and butter, grind into crumbs

Add 1 tbsp sugar 120ml sour cream and cream cheese, quickly knead the dough

Wrap in cling film and put in the fridge for 2 hours

When it boils immediately add cherries, pitted and cook for 2-3 minutes

Dilute starch in 1/3 Cup of water
