Beef Stroganoff in tomato sauce
Tender meat in tomato sauce.

Ingredients

  • Veal

    800 g

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Tomato paste

    2 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

Chop the onion half rings, meat cubes

Fry the onion in vegetable oil until Golden brown

Add meat, season with salt and pepper to taste. Fry on medium heat for 10-15 min.

Dilute tomato paste in boiling water and add to meat. Cover and simmer until tender, stirring occasionally.

Serve with mashed potatoes. BON APPETIT!
