Description
This week in the program "test purchase" was preparing pancakes for squash caviar. I was skeptical about this dish, but all the same decided to check how the dish is edible. Was surprised by the pleasant taste of pancakes. Since I'm not fasting, I added the egg when submitting used sour cream in the original recipe the egg was not added and they are served without sour cream. So that dish is for fasting. I didn't even have salt and pepper because all the spices have a squash caviar. The pancakes taste moderately sweet slightly tangy slightly spicy, but it depends on the composition of squash caviar. Try it! Maybe you once this quick recipe will come in handy, at least during lent.

Sift the flour. The eggs in a bowl and gradually with a tablespoon (heaped) add the flour and mix. For myself, I weight made half with corn flour (because I can't have wheat). And the next time I do a clean with oatmeal, see what happens.
Add the egg (optional) and 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil. As squash caviar is already in the oil.
With a spoon dipped in water spread the pancakes, they even laid out easy to move around on the pan. The pan should be well heated, but not red-hot, and it is advisable fat to be more baked than roasted, gradually adding the oil.
Pancakes with reverse sides.
Ready pancakes serve with sour cream or with a sauce or just with tomato juice, if health permits.
