Cooking

step-0
First I want to explain what I changed and why. Margarine in the original recipe (40g) I replaced the 2 tbsp. of Rast. oil+ yolk. At the moment I haven't found a good margarine, and therefore the change occurred. This recipe says nuts, I use peanuts, it's more of a clarification. So let's start. Heated the milk to 30-35 degrees, add the yeast, salt, sugar, eggs, rust. oil and flour and knead not abrupt dough. Cover with a towel and leave for an hour. At this time let's prepare the filling. Podrumyanivaya peanuts in the pan. Grind in a mortar or chopper. Add the nuts, sugar, water and vanilla sugar. Mix everything.
step-1
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. The dough is not steep, so I have to powder the test took another 4-5 tbsp flour. Roll out in a layer 5-7mm, cut into triangles. Each triangle grease the melted or softened SL. oil. On the base of the triangle put a teaspoon of the filling and twist to Nogliki.
step-2
Grease a form with butter and spread rohliky, allow to stand for 5 minutes and in the oven for 15-20 minutes.
step-3
Quickly make the glaze: squeeze the juice of the 1/4 lemon and mix with powdered sugar. As soon as our Nogliki flushed, we get them out of the oven and place on a hot dish. Quickly spread the lemon icing and... Bon appetit))) the Main to the disappearance of rollikov time to pour tea)))
