Regular, without any frills, dish-side dish. BUT! Very simple and very tasty!

Potatoes

Mix softened butter with salt, pepper, garlic. You can add any other seasonings and herbs.
The potatoes take medium size, clean. Prepare foil for each tuber.
Generously coat the potatoes in the prepared mixture on all sides.
Put the potatoes on the foil and as tightly as possible zamatyvaem.
Spread on a baking sheet. Bake in the oven at 200 degrees 40-50 minutes.
