Cooking
Potatoes wash, peel, cut into small pieces and boil in salted water until tender. Cut onion finely and fry in vegetable oil until Golden brown.
With potatoes drain the water, add butter and milk, mash with a fork or a special attachment for mashed potatoes. In mashed potatoes add fried onions and mix well. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Cut the dough into squares or rectangles. I know that not everywhere this dough is on sale, but on the Internet you can find the recipe for how to cook it.
The yolk separated from the protein. Protein beat with a fork, add 1 tbsp vegetable oil 4 tbsp milk, beat again.
Each square of the dough to grease the protein mixture. A little away from the edge to put about 1.5 tsp of the filling, wrap the tube 2 times, fold over the edges to the middle and continue to roll until the end.
In the remainder of the protein add egg yolk, if the protein is low, it can add a little milk, stir well.
Baking tray lay parchment paper, put rolls, brush with egg yolk and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake in a preheated 180*C (350*F) oven for 30-40 minutes until Golden brown. Remove from oven, cover with a towel and allow to cool. If not cover with a towel that rolls will be crispy, if the cover will be softer.
From a given amount of ingredients for the filling turned out 22 things and make a little dough left.
