Cooking
Mix dry ingredients (buckwheat flour, semolina, sugar, salt, yeast). Beat egg with milk, pour into dry mix products, mix. Add 2 tbsp vegetable oil (I TM "Oleyna"), warm water. Mix thoroughly and leave the dough for 1.5-2 hours.
Bake in a pan, lightly greasing it with vegetable oil (I use a silicone brush). These pancakes are more delicate than pancakes with wheat flour, so flip them carefully need. But not one of the worst I've ever had. I baked it in a pan with a small diameter, turned 20 plump, fluffy pancakes.
Red fish grind in a blender, add cottage cheese and cream, whip the cream.
Spread buckwheat pancake with a thin layer of cream, cover the following pancake, smear cream, etc. I got 2 cakes 10 cakes (pancakes). To smear with cream the top of the cake and sides.
Decorate as desired, I finely chopped dill, which goes well with fish and cottage cheese.
