Cottage cheese pie
Love all sorts of the curd, quiches and pastries rest on the cheese. Tried many recipes, but we caught this one. I risk to repeat myself, seen a lot of similar recipes, but there are small nuances. The closest pudding with bananas from the author of Daisy. But I will offer mine.

Ingredients

  • Cheese

    500 g

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Milk

    1 cup

  • Sugar

    4 Tbsp

  • Semolina

    4 Tbsp

Here is a set of ingredients (I sometimes add raisins, but daughter asked without it):

Mix everything carefully, pour into a greased form and put in a preheated 180 degree oven for 45 minutes.
